I think that the effect of (1), which can bring back low-class "Myutant" monsters, is excellent.
(2) Status increase effect is attractive because "Myutant" cards often require exclusion as a condition for the effect, leading to a moderate change in status.
(3) Exchanging cards is limited to "Myutant" monsters, but I think it can be useful in some situations.

The effect of (1) is excellent because it allows you to reuse the excluded low-rank Myutants, but you want to be careful when using the low-rank Myutants as they are all named turn 1 effects.
The effect of (2) is not impressive, but all level 8 Myutants have over 2000 hit points, and even if their hit points increase by a few hundred, they are a threat, so they are actually quite strong.
The effect of (3) is that you can convert the superlative Myutant that came to your hand by accident into another card, which is reasonably convenient.
All of them have decent effects, but they're pretty plain, so I don't think it's a card worth pulling out with 《Terraforming》or 《Metaverse》. If you actively use the summoning effect of 《Myutant GB-88》, can you consider a full injection?
